Registration and Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services, or such minimum age as permitted under your local law for valid consent. Users under this age may only use our Services with verified parental consent, where legally allowed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

Subscriptions and Billing
We may offer paid subscriptions for premium features, content, or services, with or without a trial period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your account settings on our website or via the App Store/Google Play Store for mobile applications.
For one-time purchases of digital content, games, or services, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers, and you agree to their terms. Refund policies for mobile app purchases are governed by the platform from which you purchased (App Store, Google Play, etc.).
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes accessing our website and downloading and using our mobile applications on your devices. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, or distribute our Services, content, or any proprietary materials without our express written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to use our Services to violate laws, infringe rights, distribute malware, harass others, or disrupt the operation of our Services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

Mobile Application Specific Terms
When using our mobile applications:
- You are responsible for any data charges incurred while using the apps
- We may send push notifications; you can disable these in your device settings
- App performance may vary based on your device capabilities and network connection
- Updates may be required for continued functionality and security
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality in our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, games, and interactive entertainment content, are owned by Hazerim Interactive Entertainment, UAB or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
User-Generated Content
If our Services allow you to create, upload, or share content (such as gameplay recordings, reviews, or communications), you retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our Services.

AI-generated outputs should not be considered professional advice and are provided for entertainment purposes only.

In any event, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed one hundred euros (€100), regardless of the cause of action or legal theory.
This limitation applies regardless of the form of action (whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise), and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version on our website and, where applicable, notify you through our mobile applications with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes go into effect constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
